Scott Speed grabbed the pole position for the ARCA RE/MAX Pocono 200 at Pocono Raceway with a qualifying effort of 167.094 mph in the #2 Eddie Sharp Racing Red Bull Toyota.Wayne Peterson will start 31st in the #0 Peterson Motorsports Chevrolet after a qualifying lap of 147.251 mph.
Tim Mitchell had to take a provisional and will start 34th in the #06 Peterson Mototsports Star Wheels Skate Center Ford.
The #6 Peterson Motorsports Ford that was to be driven by Mike Zazula did not qualify as the car needed a universal joint that was not available at the track. Zazula got behind the wheel of the #8 Norm Benning Racing Chevrolet and will start 37th with a provisional. (6/6/2008)
