The storms that passed through the area Saturday evening washed out the racing and July 4th celebration at Highland Rim Speedway.
The races have been moved to Sunday (5th). Pit gates open at noon and racing gets underway at 2:00 pm. (7/4/2009)
More on Sunday: Grandstands will open at 1:00 pm. Those who braved the rain on Saturday can bring their ticket stub back Sunday for admission – (pits can bring their pit bracelet back).
The Front Wheel Drive Modifieds managed to get their race in on Saturday with Jerry Nuckols picking up the win. (7/4/2009)
