Jason Keller 24th in opening Chicago practice


Baker Curb Racing driver Jason Keller was 24th on the speed chart following the opening practice session for the NASCAR Nationwide Dollar General 300 Powered By Coca-Cola at Chicagoland Speedway. Keller had the #27 Pull Ups/Jewel-Osco Ford on the track for 16 laps, recording a fast circuit at 170.498 mph.

Casey Atwood was right behind, placing 25th on the chart, with a lap at 170.347 mph in the #05 Day Enterprises 31-W Insulation Ford. The Nashville driver was out for 10 laps.

Eric McClure turned a lap at 168.036 mph in the #24 Rensi Hamilton Racing Hefty Ford, placing him 39th on the chart. McClure was on the track for 21 laps.

While Brad Baker was on the early entry list to drive the #85 car for Day Enterprises in this race, the #85 has been dropped.

Joey Logano topped the speed chart at 173.947 mph in the #20 Joe Gibbs Racing GameStop/Wii Sports Resort Toyota.
